At Post Office, we have two graduate programmes – a general management scheme and a technology scheme. Each year, we offer high potential individuals the opportunity to join the biggest retail network in Europe with over 11,500 branches and an annual revenue of over £1billion. As a Graduate at Post Office, you will be one of a small group of highly talented individuals on our programme meaning that you’ll get plenty of exposure across the organisation, at every level, with fast-track career opportunities.
Both programmes run for two years and, within that time, successful candidates will have the opportunity to complete three placements within the business, as well as further training and development opportunities to help support their career progression.
We’re looking for:
· Ambitious and passionate individuals who live by our business values.
· Individuals with a hunger for learning, resilient attitude and strategic thinkers.
· 2:1 degree in any discipline.
· Individuals with potential to progress to our senior management team within 3-5 years.

Post Office Supply Chain is vital to the success of our business. It’s the operation that keep our 11,500 branches supplied with notes, coin, foreign currency and ‘secure stock’ such as stamps and postal orders. Without Supply Chain our branches wouldn’t be able to trade.
It’s an exciting time to join Supply Chain. For instance, it’s the Post Office’s vision to be the UK’s main provider of cash services and as banks increasingly close their branches more and more customers are coming to the Post Office do their everyday banking.
Not surprisingly, that means more work for Supply Chain and our UK-wide operation of four cash processing centres, 15 depots, stock operation in Swindon and bureau de change operation in Hemel Hempstead.
The 800 colleagues who work for us have always been renowned for their can-do attitude and not surprisingly, the operation is in the forefront of change at the moment. We’re introducing new technology, vehicles and ways of working and we’re making sure that everything we do supports our branches to help our customers.
At the same we’re building our culture, and taking more and more decisions at local level, close to the customer. We’re listening to and engaging our people as we continue to build a Supply Chain for the future.
The new Supply Chain apprenticeship scheme is part of that process. We’re keen to recruit ambitious new talent into the operation, and increase the diversity of our workforce.
