At Post Office, each year we offer nine high potential individuals the opportunity to join the biggest retail network in Europe with over 11,500 branches and an annual revenue of over £1billion. As a Graduate at Post Office, you will be one of nine highly talented individuals on our programme meaning that you’ll get plenty of exposure across the organisation, at every level, with fast-track career opportunities.
The programme runs for two-years and within that time successful candidates will have the opportunity to complete three placements within the business, as well as further training and development opportunities to help support their career progression.

- 2:1 degree in any discipline
- Individuals with potential to progress to our senior management team within 3-5 years
