People with historical Post Office convictions – how to contact us

You may have seen that the Courts have overturned the convictions of some people who were prosecuted by Post Office between 2000 and 2015. We have written to those individuals with historical convictions who may wish to find out more about a potential appeal against their conviction.

If you think this may apply to you but you haven’t received a letter from Post Office Limited about it, please contact us for more information at disclosure@postoffice.co.uk. You may also contact us about this on behalf of someone else who had a past conviction, for example if you are their next of kin or legally appointed representative.

General background information about historical prosecutions can be found here.
