We were able to make significant improvements to Postmaster remuneration by developing a package of remuneration improvements and some operational changes based on issues that Postmasters asked us to address. CEO Nick Read addressed Postmasters at a special update session. |
We launched a new partnership with DHL, our third new mails carrier. DHL Express is the world’s leading international express service provider. |
A 50p coin celebrating the 50th anniversary of Pride UK was released into circulation via Post Office. The coin was the last design to feature the portrait of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse side. |
Our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion team won "Diversity Team of the year" at the European Diversity Awards. |

We launched a trial with Evri in 50 branches. The first time ever we were selling non-Royal Mail mails' products in branch. We now sell Evri products over the counter at more than 3,000 branches and counting. |
We launched our Energy voucher scheme to deliver £600 energy vouchers to households across Northern Ireland. |
We published our research which looked at the economic and social value of Post Office to the UK economy. |
Launched our annual Postmaster survey, used to help make changes and improve the support offered to Postmasters. |
