Our Postmasters and branch colleagues are there, in person, serving communities across the UK day in, day out. Our role, as Post Office Limited, is to be there for our Postmasters, retail partners and Directly Managed Branches, supporting them and helping them to thrive.
Our ways of working help us do this, guiding how we collaborate and work together and shaping our culture as a business. Created by colleagues, for colleagues, they set out how we need to work together to deliver our Purpose and Intent to 2025.

Over 200 colleagues worked together to co-create our new ways of working through a series of listening groups. After launching these at our ‘We are Post Office’ virtual colleague conference, we held workshops for around 300 leaders and managers, with many colleagues pledging their own personal commitments aligned to our ways of working.
