Post Office has responded to Ofcom's consultation on its proposed package of reforms to the postal Universal Service Obligation. Proposed reforms include reducing the delivery frequency for Second Class Letters to alternate weekdays whilst also reducing First and Second Class quality of service targets.

Ofcom is reviewing the responses to the consultation and will report its decision by summer 2025.
