Postmaster Support Policies
As part of our ongoing drive for transparency and to give postmasters a clearer understanding of what they should expect from us to support them, we have published our nine postmaster support policies.
They are intended to help foster a positive and collaborative working environment, where we operate in good faith, with fairness, transparency, and professionalism. They do not form part of the postmaster’s contract with Post Office.
