Whenever we propose to make a change to a Post Office branch, we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop – and you’ll have the opportunity to share your views.
To support our commitment to you, we’ve agreed the Principles of Community Engagement on changes to the Post Office network.
These Principles were created in agreement with the independent statutory consumer advocacy bodies, Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland and the General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland and addresses how we communicate with you and your local representatives.
